An Israeli entrepreneur, founder and CEO of "Midgam", holding dozens of years of experience in the fields of market research and opinion polls in a wide variety of fields. Mano Geva is a statistician that specializes in sampling. Provides statistical consultation and writes statistical reviews for public figures and big organizations in a wide variety of topics. A professor in IDC Herzliya for second degree students. Serves as the chairman of the Israeli union of market research institutes from 2007.

Adi Geva Goren Vice President

Adi is managing the entire onging activity of Midgam, including employee management, clients and projects management, business development and leading stratigic business and marketing processes. Adi is an expert in sampling, composing questionnaires, data analysis and writing reports, along with crafting complex population samples. Holds a B.A. in Statistics and political science from Haifa University.

Doctor of social psychology (Yale university), Dr. Zemah had lead an highly reputed MR company for over 40 years. She is considered as the "Guru" of surveys, thanks to her vast experience of social and political research, providing credible elections predictions and her frequent appearance in Israeli media. Dr. Zemah has joined "Midgam" in 2013.


Adi Sidi  VP of Research and Development

Manages the entire research activity of "Midgam". Has about 30 years of experience in all phases of quantitative research, including the use of complex statistical models, building questionnaires, writing reports and presenting them. Adi has experience working with a variety of clients in various fields, mainly: national and local politics, media and television, banking and finance, tourism, consumer products and more. Has a bachelor degree in business (BB) specializing in marketing and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) specializing in information systems management.

Prof Udi Makov  Scientific advisor

Holds Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from the University College London. Head of Actuary research center and head of M.A studies program in actuary (Haifa university). Developed the "Sensometrics" module, allowing multi-dimensional analysis using structural equations modeling, revealing connectings among visible and hidden variables. In the pat decade, served as an infrastructure adviser in the high-tech industry (Sensometrics, Risk-Analytics) in advanced processing of data.


Michal Abend  Qualiative research manager

A leading qualitative researcher with over 20 years of experience. Specializes in the field of the elderly and teens, working with different types of clients, Israeli and international, in a variety of fields - Food, Communications, Fashion, Cosmetics, Hygienic, Transportation, Medical, etc. Holds an M.A degree in social-industrial psychology (Bar Ilan University) and M.A in Health system administration (Specialization in Gerontology (Ramat gan college).

A leading qualitative researcher with over 20 years of experience. Owns a vast experience in guiding groups and working with different types of clients, Israeli and international, in a variety of fields - Food, Communications, Fashion, Cosmetics, Hygienic, Transportation, Medical, etc. Holds an M.A degree in clinic social-work (Columbia university) and M.A in Gender studies (Tel-Aviv university).

M.A in Psychology (Northeastern university). Studies the Arab population, holds a vast experience in the entrepreneur world and project management in social and business. Resident of Manda village, research assistant in IDC Herzliya and active among Arab student associations in Israel.
